James qualified from Newcastle Dental School in 1996 and he stayed in the North East for his VT training. In 2000 he moved south to York to start working in a practice in the city centre then making the decision to move to Abbey Dental care in 2013.
He enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is very committed to continuing professional development.
James is married with 2 teenage daughters who take up a lot of his time. He is a keen supporter of their sporting activities as well as a member of many clubs including amateur dramatics and the chairman of his local cycling club. If he gets the chance, he loves nothing more than going to see England play at Twickenham.
