Donna started her dental career as a dental nurse back in 1998 gaining the title of head dental nurse and completing an oral health educators course which entitled her to see patients educating them on better oral health. This drove her to fulfil her ambition of becoming a dental hygienist.
After studying at Leeds University for 3 years she gained a dual qualification and has been qualified for 13 years now.
Donna is enthusiastic about the profession of periodontics and passionate about oral health and enjoys helping patients improve and adapt their oral hygiene to achieve a healthy mouth and lifestyle. She is assisting in our new initiative to drive forward healthy mouths reducing dental disease within our practice and surrounding areas.
In her spare time Donna and her husband have 2 young daughters which takes up most of their time! She enjoys spending time with them and having family days out and holidays. She also enjoys keeping fit by going to the gym and watching Rugby League and Tennis.
